A project fee covers the formulation work, and we take a small royalty on products we help create. You pay for the build; we share the upside. Our incentives point at the same thing yours do — a product that actually sells.

Both. We build hero SKUs for brands doing tens of millions, and we help focused founders launch a category-defining first product. What matters is the quality of the concept and your commitment to getting it right.

We don't manufacture. We formulate and coordinate. We translate the finished formula into a build sheet, hand it to your contract manufacturer (CoMan), and stay in the loop so scale-up doesn't break what we built. If you need a manufacturer, we can point you to trusted ones.

It depends on complexity, but most projects move from scope to tested prototype in a matter of weeks, not months. Timeline is one of the first things we lock during discovery so you always know where things stand.
